Razer Man O War Headband Broke

Hello all my man o war headset s headband snapped nearly in half its being held together by one small portion of plastic so i opened a ticket with razer support to see what they could do.

Razer man o war headband broke. Is it possible to get a replacement. The support holding the headband is apparently weak and can break easily. But just this friday i had seen someone from china posted some replacement headbands currently set at 99 available and they are selling them for 12 99. Normally issues like this do not concern me as for anything can happen pending how you treat and handle your equipment.

Hi my razer man o wars headband broke where the cushions attach to the headband on one side superglue will not hold the thing down and it just pops out of place. Razer man o war headband cushion connector broke. I sent them proof of purchase and pictures of the damage and its been deemed defective and they said they would replace it. Is it possible to get a replacement.

Since release there has been no headband replacements from china at all. Okay i see many people that have been frustrated with their mano war s headband breaking and getting worn out and etc.
